1:1 bespoke sessions - in person & virtual

Sessions provide a blending of asana (movement practice), pranayama (breath work), mobility and myofascial release. We will spend time to ground and center before guiding you through a personalized practice to meet you on your mat, right where you are each day. No matter your circumstances or the body you live in, private sessions are the best way to learn how to deepen your personal practice(s) and relationship with self— on and off the mat. Whether strong or soft, powerful or restorative, or something uniquely in between, give yourself (or someone you love!) the gift of devoted self-care and attention.

For those who are…

  • brand new or seasoned to the practice of yoga

  • wanting to improve your alignment, build strength, stability and stamina

  • desiring to work on more advanced postures while refining your foundation

  • seeking to cultivate tools and techniques for self-awareness, emotional resilience, mental stillness, presence, calm and joy

Sessions are either in-person or virtual, depending on your location. If you are local, I can come to you or you come to me!
