1:1 bespoke sessions - in person & virtual
Private sessions offer a unique container for exploring, discovering or deepening your personal practice(s) and relationship with self— on and off the mat. A conversation between student and teacher, sessions are a blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breath), functional movement and myofascial release, bolstered by theory, props and adjustments (verbal and/or contact, with consent) for a truly wholistic practice. Informed by integrated techniques from Katonah yoga, vinaysa yoga, hatha yoga, and functional movement, each session centers around the goal of organizing the body to organize the mind, establishing greater ease, functionality, freedom and joy.
